Financial Valuations

Financial valuations are employed in much of our casework. We also utilize state-of-the-art techniques in valuing closely held companies. Our expertise also includes pension and employee stock option valuations.

Sample Projects:

• We provided technical support for a merchant bank's corporate finance activities. We conducted financial valuations of closely held firms that required recapitalization and were merger and acquisition candidates.
• A public accounting firm retained us to value stock warrants issued to officers and major shareholders of a publicly traded company. The valuation was used to address questions raised by the Securities and Exchange Commission concerning whether the company's past and current financial statements needed to be restated to reflect the value of the warrants.
• We conducted a financial appraisal of a closely held manufacturer of metal components, forging fabrications, composites and assemblies for the aerospace, medical, automotive and defense industries.
